A Beach House Oceanfront Bed & Breakfast is situated in an amazing wildlife habitat, fronting onto Cape Cod Bay, with all its sea birds and a colony of harbor seals from October to May. On especially clear days, one can see the entire expanse of the Bay embraced by the arm of Cape Cod itself.

In autumn and winter, harbor seals jockiey for position on the rocks in the bay. You can hear them talking to each other from our sundeck. Watch the lobstermen pull their pots in the morning during breakfast on the deck. Flanked by Center Hill and Black Pond, the area is rich with birdlife... Finches, Cardinals, Mockingbirds and Swans live alongside Terns, Great Blue Heron, Snowy Egrets, Loons, and Sandpipers. Guests have seen deer families as they slowly make their way down Black Pond Lane in the evening.
